To provide accountability, a valid e-mail address is required to file a report.  We encourage the merchant to resolve any complaint within 7 days of filing. Sites with complaints not resolved within 7 days are investigated by us and sites that are unable to resolve the matter within 7 days of our notification are automatically deleted. Reports submitted with invalid E-mail addresses are automatically deleted.

The Web Certification Program was created to help
guide consumers to Web sites that are  clearly defined by the consumer
to be Quality Sites with  useful information and are easy to navigate.

The Web Certification Program offers a complete, integrated program
that will maximize marketing efforts and encourage consumers to
log on and buy with confidence.

General Requirements:
In order to receive the Web Certification Program Award, 
a site and its products must be in good taste and offer Quality Customer Service. 

The site must adhere to the criteria established.
